How much do the paid plans cost?
Starter is $39 a month for up to 2,500 subscribers and 15,000 emails. Growth is $95 a month for up to 10,000 subscribers and 60,000 emails. Scale is $219 a month for up to 25,000 subscribers and 150,000 emails. Billed monthly. Cancel any time.
What is the Managed plan?
Managed is custom pricing for a larger list, or if you want Sently to run email for you. It is not a self-serve checkout. Contact us for a quote.
Can I bring a list I already have?
Yes. Export the audience as a CSV and import it. Tags come along with the file. Each import records where the list came from and that people opted in.
Do I have to use the AI newsletter writer?
No. Lists, campaigns, the editor, scheduling, and open and click tracking work on their own. An AI draft waits for your approval unless you turn on automatic sending for that series.
